SRSANDCO LLC, an owner of automotive repair shops in four states and a provider of direct mail services for the automotive repair industry, has appointed Kito Cody its first chief operating officer. Kito joins SRSANDCO from the restaurant chain Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, where he served as vice president of operations. At Raising Cane’s, Cody lead all company and franchise operations, overseeing site approval for new locations, succession planning and employee recruitment for the $225 million organization.
A graduate of Brooklyn College, Cody has also held executive level positions with Starbucks Coffee, RTM Restaurant Corp., and Boston Market. He has had success in turning around retail locations in underperforming markets and implementing growth strategies to significantly impact bottom-line profits.

SRSANDCO owns and operates 25 auto repair shops under the Service Street, America’s Service Station and Driver’s Auto Repair banners. The company has expanded rapidly in recent years, opening five new shops last year alone. SRSANDCO also provides strategically targeted direct mail campaigns for repair shops through its subsidiary, Mudlick Mail. Mudlick Mail has been offering direct mail services since 2008 and now counts more than 500 clients in the United States.
As COO, Cody will oversee all aspects of operations for the multi-branded organization.
