“It’s very different at a large hospital, you’re a number,” said Shelly Shinebarger of Saratoga Springs.After her daughter, Kristen, was diagnosed with cancer, they traveled to Boston to get a second opinion, but ultimately decided that they felt the most confident in the care of the physician at Ellis Medicine.
