The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is celebrating the opening of its newest garden. The Boothbay gardens on Thursday celebrated the opening of its 2-acre Bibby and Harold Alfond Children's Garden. Miami author Cynthia Joyce Clay has filed suit against James Cameron for copyright infringement of her sf book Zollocco: A Novel of Another Universe: Clay vs Cameron et al 10-22203 US District Court Southern Florida. Clay claims direct line lifts and character names from Zollocco appear in Avatar.Zollocco was garnering great reviews and literary plaudits while Cameron was still in preliminary stages of working on Avatar.
