Widely-acclaimed Author Will Release New CD and DVD for the Hearing-impaired at "Sesame Street Halloween"

Dunedin, FL October 27, 2009 -- Tina Turbin, humanitarian, researcher and award-winning author of the celebrated children's book, Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy, will be releasing her new Danny the Dragon DREAMS CD at the highly sought-after "Sesame Street Halloween" concert. The concert will be performed to an audience of 2,000 by the Pasadena City College Orchestra in the John A. Sexson Auditorium on Friday, October 30, 2009.

The highly-anticipated DREAMS CD features an audio recording of Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy plus ten tracks of beautiful classical music by up-and-coming composers, including a stand-out composition by Pasadena City College alumni Jason Turbin, which will be performed for the first time ever at the concert. Copies of the CD will be available with profits generously donated by Tina to the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University Medical Center.

To complement the event, and featured on big screen, the Danny the Dragon Meets Jimmy DVD (with sign interpretation) will show for the first time ever, fulfilling one of Tina's goals to raise awareness of the importance of literacy and education for all children everywhere, including the hard of hearing and deaf. Copies of the DVD will be available for purchase. Profits are generously donated by Tina to Blossom Montessori School for the Deaf in Clearwater, Florida.

Whole Foods of Pasadena and Pamela's Products strongly support Tina's causes with this event and others she regularly hosts.
