Cleanwhites At-Home Tooth Whitener Presents Highest Possible 35% Carbamide Peroxide Bleaching Solution

Cleanwhites is excited to offer consumers an alternative to expensive dentist's office bleaching treatments. Cleanwhites 35% carbamide peroxide bleaching gel ensures that tooth enamel is restored to its original, bright white coloration.

Miami Beach, FL November 21, 2009 -- Cleanwhites is pleased to announce new 35% Carbamide Peroxide formula and $1500 3-month testimonial offer!

Cleanwhites is very pleased to introduce a new, more potent tooth bleaching formula. Recent advances in tooth whitening technology mean that expensive smile whitening treatments that were previously only available from dentist's offices are now within reach of the average consumer. With Cleanwhites, consumers have access to everything they need to get a whiter smile, all in one box. The full Cleanwhites kit includes two mouth trays, a 35% Carbomide Peroxide bleaching formula and a remineralizing gel to protect tooth enamel. The Cleanwhites kit also includes an industry standard tooth shade chart that allows customers to track their whitening progress.

"With Cleanwhites, your friends and family will be asking, 'Where did you get that white smile?'" If customers choose, Cleanwhites also offers the supplementary Cleanwhites Advanced kit to help maintain a white smile once the original Cleanwhites bleaching process has been successful. With Cleanwhites Advanced, customers also get a whitening UV Light Transmitter and bleaching Touch-Up pen. By applying the UV Light Transmitter, users lock in the whitening effects of the original Cleanwhites treatment. The Touch Up pen is a portable bleaching applicator system that users can use anywhere, any time, if they notice that their tooth enamel has become stained.

Enamel stains occur over time, usually due to an individual’s personal habits. Known causes of enamel stains include smoking, which often turns enamel yellow, and also drinking pigment-dense beverages such as black tea, soda, or red wine. The results of these habits are yellow teeth or brownish teeth. The 35% Carbamide Peroxide bleaching gel included in the Cleanwhites kit bleaches these enamel discolorations, resulting in a whiter smile. After the bleaching process has occurred, Cleanwhites provides customers with a remineralizing gel to seal up tooth enamel, which can become porous if bleached. The remineralizing step of Cleanwhites is one of the things that sets this kit apart from the competition. Some tooth whitening kits do not include a remineralizing phase, which can lead to tooth sensitivity. The result is a simple and effective at-home tooth whitener that delivers the same results as many dentist’s office bleaching treatments.

Cleanwhites is so confident about our product’s effectiveness that we are currently offering users $1500 to tell us about their success. Our customers have a lot of great things to say about their Cleanwhites experience, and we want to hear them all! If a customer uses Cleanwhites for three months and documents their tooth whitening progress, we may choose to use their story. If so, we will send them a check for $1500, which is definitely something to smile about!

To Whom it may concern:
On January 19, 2010, I received an email from you that stated that a credit had been issued to my account (the account that I had to CLOSE because of you!). On February 20, 2010, I sent an email to one of your CSRs ("csantana"). Both emails are below. Please read them.
These are but two (02) of the many, many emails and faxes sent to your company in regards to the money you stole from me. As of the writing of this email, I still have not received that money back. Perhaps now that the Attorney General's Office is involved you will make good on giving me back the money that you took, PLUS the charges levied by my bank for overdrafts that were caused by your taking out an unauthorized payment?!?

79.95 + 2.38 + 33.00 + 33.00 + 33.00 = $181.33

Really tired of this. But I will NOT go away until you have taken care of this. Your company has my address. You can send the money order there. I will NOT be giving you any bank info. Feel free to call me - and PLEASE record the call, I certainly will!!

To "csantana":
Now that I have a "real" (??) person to communicate with at your company, let me explain this situation to you:

On September 04, 2009, I ordered the "trial" for 99 cents (shipping).

On September 08, 2009 (well within the 14-day "trial" period!), I very clearly told your CSR that I DID NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT OR PROGRAM (except for the "trial" that I had paid 99 cents for). But your incompetent and poorly-trained CSR FAILED to correctly process my "disenrollment", and in October 2009 your company charged me for your product/program. Your CSR's ineptitude caused my bank account to then be "short" for the payment of several previously-established automatic payments, which my bank very kindly covered - and then charged me $33.00 for each incident! This would not have occurred, if not for your CSR who somehow managed to cancel only the shipping of your product, but not the billing - which you can verify by the fact that I was not charged the fee for shipping!!

Because I was unable to contact your company via telephone or web (your systems are conveniently impossible to navigate through!), I filed a claim with my bank. I have been trying since OCTOBER 2009 to get this taken care of, so you see, "a reasonable time frame" has long since passed!

And in order to avoid being ripped-off any further by your company, I had to cancel the bank card that you made the UNAUTHORIZED/FRAUDULENT charge against. So, "csantana", since I will NOT give you my new bank card number, how are you going to issue me a credit??? Very slick. And don't try to tell me that my now-canceled bank card number will still link up to my bank account - it will not.

By the way - your company also charged me a "foreign transaction fee" ($2.38) which was illegal, since the charge it was attached to was UNAUTHORIZED/FRAUDULENT. I want this fee credited to me, as well.

Are you good at math, "csantana"? Let's do a little arithmetic: 79.95 + 2.38 + 33.00 + 33.00 + 33.00 = $181.33 and that is EXACTLY the amount I expect you/your company to reimburse me. As I have already given you/your company AMPLE TIME to rectify this problem, I will now give you a deadline: I expect payment in the amount of $181.33 to arrive via post (you have my address) no later than March 05, 2010.

I am done playing this stupid game and am prepared to take it to the next level.
