New York, NY February 5, 2010 -- Photo Quest Adventures (http://photoquestadventures.com/) announces their new 2010 specialized global photography workshops and unique Nikon sponsored U.S. flash clinics for small groups of all skill levels. The new 2010 global workshop destinations include: Patagonia, Baja, Morocco, Peru, Kenya and South Island, New Zealand. The new Nikon sponsored domestic flash clinics locations include: Santa Barbara, New Orleans, Jackson Hole, New York City, Moab, Las Vegas, Miami and Sonoma.

For three years Photo Quest Adventures (PQA) has been conducting specialized digital photography workshops in the far corners of the globe as well as their unique Nikon sponsored weekend-long flash clinics throughout the U.S. PQA was created by a group of professional photographers with the purpose of conducting intimate photography workshops in the world’s most unique places and across the US with a focus on bringing small groups together of all skill levels with pro-photographers to learn cutting edge digital photography. Photo Quest Adventures is made up of a highly experienced professional photography team including 3 Nikon Legends (Tom Bol-adventure photographer, Dave Black-sports photographer, Rosanne Pennella-travel photographer) and Dutch travel photographer, Mirjam Evers.

PQA uniquely distinguishes itself from other photography workshops by keeping their group sizes small (8-12 students) and by customizing their workshops for the individual ensuring that all attendees expand their photo skills regardless of their level. Many of the global workshops are designed with the adventurous photographer in mind and therefore often include adventurous activities such as camping in the Sahara Desert, glacier hiking in Patagonia and snorkeling in the Galapagos. PQA’s very successful Nikon sponsored flash clinic series conducted in major cities throughout the US, offers a weekend long workshop where photographers master the basics of flash photography using the Nikon Creative Lighting System.

Free pod casts and photo tips are also offered on the Photo Quest Adventure website to help digital photographers improve their shooting and post-production skills. Past students can also upload their images for free to the PQA website gallery of past workshops. To top it off, Photo Quest Adventures is also a company with a conscience. They are a proud sponsor of Sustainable Travel International and are the first photography workshop company dedicated to Sustainable Travel. PQA’s contribution to the countries and people they visit not only includes sustainable travel and carbon-offsetting, they are also committed to donating 1% of their revenue to local schools, communities, orphanages and various charities.
