National Guard pro Scott Martin hasn’t had a big fish in his weigh bag since the first day of competition at the Walmart FLW Tour on the Potomac River presented by the National Guard. His consistency is making up for the lack of a big fish, however, and he has now led all three days of competition against a field of pros from all across the United States, Canada, Spain and Japan as they fish for a top cash award of up to $125,000.

Florida pro leads world's best bass anglers FLW Tour

caught a big fish, so there's still some nice ones in there."
The world’s best bass pros continued to be successful Friday at the Walmart FLW Tour Major on the Potomac River presented by the National Guard as anglers from all across the United States, Canada, Spain and Japan continued their four-day battle for a top cash award of up to $125,000. FLW anglers continued to use a variety of baits and techniques throughout the day with much of the same results as the first day of competition.

The Potomac River, described by several of the world’s best bass anglers in the country as one of the top-10 fisheries in the country, really showed her true colors Thursday as 123 of the 144 pro anglers in the Walmart FLW Tour on the Potomac River presented by the National Guard caught a five-bass limit on day one of the event.
